Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 5 calendar days before the event date – payment of 50% of the approved budget.
Cancellation 3 calendar days before the event date – payment of 100% of the approved budget.
Cancellation of an already approved and confirmed event (regardless of the date) – payment of 100% of the agency’s work according to the approved budget.

Surcharges

Last-minute request 1 calendar day before the event – 100% surcharge on hostess work.
Last-minute request 2 calendar days
before the event – 50% surcharge on hostess work.
For work on weekends and at night (22:00–06:00) we charge a statutory surcharge of 10%.
For work on public holidays we charge a statutory surcharge of 100%.

Notes

Budgets are always prepared individually and tailored to the client’s requirements.
Budgets are approximate; the final billing is always based on the actual hours worked.
The maximum possible reduction of working hours compared to the brief is 1 hour.
Each started hour of hostess work is charged.
Invoices are issued after the event with a 14-day payment term unless agreed otherwise.
In case of loss or damage to costumes, we charge their full purchase value.
By confirming the budget (by e-mail or other demonstrable form), the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
