Janina founded STARS in 1996 after completing her degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. What began as an agency providing promoters and supporting programmes for conferences and trade fairs evolved under her leadership into a full-service event management agency.
She leads conferences and large-scale projects across Europe, building on the agency’s long-standing international experience and partnerships.
Janina is also active in lifestyle and fashion events, developing the FASHION STARS NIGHT project, and is responsible for the strategic direction of STARS and oversight of key projects.
Katka graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, which shaped her long-term focus on organising sports events. She brings extensive experience along with a strong sense of structure and precision.
At STARS, she focuses on production coordination for events, including sports projects and evening gala events, applying a systematic approach and strong attention to detail.
Her work contributes to the smooth and flawless execution of projects.
Anet has experience in online marketing, social media management and event hosting, applying strong communication and presentation skills. Her professional path in brand communication began after participating in Czech Miss 2018, which opened the door to online marketing.
She is also known from television, where she has long been involved in promoting a healthy lifestyle, and is a sought-after host for social and sports events.
At STARS, she contributes to projects requiring representational presence and clear communication with audiences and clients, supporting event visibility and the agency’s professional external presentation.
